Kingbot grew out of a simple observation: the cleaning-robot industry has brilliant factories and brilliant brands, but the distance between them is full of friction. Factories speak in MOQs and lead times; brands speak in retail calendars and compliance checklists. Importers get caught in the middle — waiting weeks for straight answers, discovering quality problems at the container, learning about certification gaps when customs calls. We built Kingbot to be the manufacturer that speaks both languages.
We are based in Longgang District, Shenzhen — the heart of the world's cleaning-appliance supply chain. This is not a coincidence of cheap rent. Being here means our engineers can visit a motor supplier in the morning and a battery cell factory in the afternoon. It means when a component has a quality drift, we are at the supplier's door the same day, not writing emails across time zones. For our OEM partners, that proximity translates into faster problem-solving and shorter development cycles.
Robot vacuum assembly production — every line runs under our QC supervision.
From this base we run an integrated OEM and ODM operation covering four household categories: robot vacuums, wet dry floor washers, window cleaning robots, and pool cleaners. Every unit that leaves our line is inspected before packing — not sampled, inspected. That is not a marketing line; it is a staffing decision. Twenty-five people whose only job is quality control.
What distinguishes Kingbot from a typical Shenzhen factory is that our leadership learned this industry from the buyer's side first. Our founder spent 2015 to 2018 in robot vacuum retail — importing units, selling them to consumers, and learning to repair them module by module when they broke. There is no faster education in what makes a cleaning robot good than fixing hundreds of them and hearing directly from the people who use them daily.
Quality control inspection — the discipline our founder learned as an importer, now built into every shipment.
That was followed by several years running a foreign-trade company focused on floor scrubbers — sourcing from factories, managing quality complaints, dealing with the exact problems our OEM clients face today. We have been the importer waiting on a delayed shipment. We have been the brand explaining a defect to an angry customer. Those experiences shaped how Kingbot operates: transparent timelines, honest QC reporting, and a refusal to promise what the production line cannot deliver.
This background is why our OEM conversations sound different. When you describe your target retail price, we can work backward to a realistic bill of materials. When you mention a specific market, we know which certifications actually get checked and which are paperwork theater. We have sat on your side of the table — and we built Kingbot to be the supplier we always wished we had.
Four household categories, one QC standard, one engineering contact.
From entry gyro models to dToF laser flagships with all-in-one stations. OEM robot vacuums with private-label options.
Cordless floor washers for the fastest-growing home category. Wholesale programs from 500 units.
Square-format window robots with multi-spray systems for frameless glass. See our product lineup.
Robotic pool cleaners for the seasonal export market, with tiers for different pool sizes.
Our Shenzhen showroom — buyers are welcome to visit and test every model in person.
We operate as a factory. Our production lines in Shenzhen cover all four categories — robot vacuums, wet dry floor washers, window cleaning robots, and pool cleaners — under one QC standard, one engineering contact, and one shipment. That your product passes our quality control is yours to verify, and we welcome audits.
Production process on our own lines — the same discipline applies across every category we ship.
1. Discovery. You tell us your target market, retail price band, and must-have features. We respond with suitable base models and honest guidance on what is feasible at your price — including telling you when your budget does not match your spec list. That conversation saves everyone months.
2. Sampling. We build samples to your specification — your branding, your packaging, your market's plug and compliance version. You test them the way your customers will: hard floors, pet hair, edge cases. We iterate until you sign off.
3. Trial order. Our OEM programs start at 500-unit trial orders. This is deliberate: 500 units is enough to validate production consistency across a real run — component variance, assembly quality, packaging integrity — without betting your company on the first order.
4. Production and QC. Every unit is inspected before packing. You receive QC reports with photos, and you can station your own inspector or third party at our line. We have nothing to hide because the process is the selling point.
5. Logistics. FOB Shenzhen is standard; we support EXW, CIF, and DDP arrangements through our freight partners. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin — is prepared by people who do it daily.

We are set up the way experienced importers expect. Our Hong Kong branch, ZHI BAO LAI (HK) LIMITED, handles international transactions — familiar paperwork, USD settlement, no surprises for your finance team. This is not a workaround; it is how serious Shenzhen exporters operate, and it means your purchase orders, invoices, and payments all follow the conventions your bank already understands.
Warehouse stock staged for export — ready for FOB Shenzhen shipment.
Our main export markets are Europe, North America, and Russia. Each has different expectations, and we build for them specifically: CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications as standard, with ETL/UL available on request for US retail programs. Battery transport documentation (UN38.3, MSDS) is prepared for every lithium-powered shipment. These are not badge images on a website — every certificate we claim is available with its number for your review before you order.
We also understand the rhythms of international retail: seasonal ordering for pool cleaners ahead of summer, compliance lead times for new market entry, the packaging dielines your designer needs. Our OEM/ODM programs are documented in detail, and our top 10 robot vacuum manufacturers guide puts our position in the industry in honest context.
