Cookie Policy contents
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to cookies and similar technologies used on king-bots.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Kingbot handles personal information, and our Terms of Use.
In this Policy, "Kingbot," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the Kingbot website team. The product seller for a commercial order may be a Hong Kong company or a Shenzhen, China company identified in the relevant transaction documents. That transaction structure does not change the cookie choices described here for this website.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website or service stores on a browser or device. Cookies can help a website recognize a device, maintain a session, remember a preference or understand how pages are used.
Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development tools, device identifiers and scripts that store information on or read information from a device. References to "cookies" in this Policy include these related technologies where appropriate.
First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by king-bots.com. Third-party cookies are controlled by another service whose content or technology is used on our website, such as an embedded video or an analytics provider.
Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies normally expire when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies remain for a stated period or until they are deleted. The actual duration can depend on the provider, browser, website configuration and the visitor's settings.
3. Categories of Technologies We May Use
Strictly necessary technologies cannot normally be switched off through a consent panel because the requested website function may not operate without them. Where applicable law requires consent, optional categories should remain inactive unless the visitor chooses to enable them.
4. Cookie and Technology Register
The register below describes technologies that may appear on the website. A named optional service applies only when it is actually enabled in the live website or shown in the active cookie preference tool.
| Provider or examples | Purpose | Typical duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kingbot / WordPress / Morank Session, security, form or interface identifiers | Deliver pages, protect forms, prevent misuse and provide requested website functions. | Session or a limited period determined by the active feature. | Necessary |
| Cookie preference tool Consent or preference record | Remember whether optional categories were accepted or rejected so the choice does not need to be requested on every page. | Normally up to 6 months, unless the active consent tool uses a shorter period. | Necessary |
| YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds Provider-controlled media identifiers | Display and play Kingbot factory or product videos. Data may be sent when a visitor plays or interacts with an embedded video. | Session or the period selected by Google/YouTube for the relevant identifier. | Functional media |
| Google Analytics, if enabled Examples: _ga and _ga_* | Measure visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, device information and aggregated website performance. | Commonly up to 2 years, but may be configured for a shorter period. | Analytics |
| Google Ads, if enabled Examples: _gcl_au or conversion tags | Measure advertising attribution and whether an ad interaction led to a visit or inquiry. | Often up to 90 days, depending on configuration and provider settings. | Advertising |
| Meta tools, if enabled Example: _fbp | Measure campaign performance, website events and advertising attribution. | Often up to 90 days, depending on configuration and provider settings. | Advertising |
| Hosting, CDN or security provider Provider-specific security identifiers, if used | Deliver website content, balance traffic, detect malicious requests and protect the website. | Session or the security period set by the active provider. | Necessary |
Cookie names and durations can change when a provider updates its technology or when website settings change. The browser's storage panel and the active cookie preference tool provide the most current device-specific information.
5. Embedded Videos and External Media
Kingbot pages may include YouTube videos showing factory operations, testing, packaging or product functions. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain where practical. Even in privacy-enhanced mode, YouTube may receive technical information and may store or access identifiers when a visitor plays or interacts with a video.
If optional media technologies are rejected, an embedded video may remain blocked or require the visitor to open YouTube directly. Links to YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp are external links; visiting those services is governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.
6. Consent and Cookie Choices
Where consent is required, the website should provide a clear choice before optional cookies or similar technologies are activated. Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent access to ordinary website content, although optional videos, analytics-dependent features or personalization may not operate.
A visitor can withdraw or change a choice for future activity at any time. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful, but it should stop the relevant optional technology from being activated in future visits after the updated choice is recorded.
Review your choices
Use the button below to open the cookie preference tool installed on this website. If no preference panel appears, use the browser controls described in the next section or email us.
7. Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow visitors to view, delete or block cookies, block third-party cookies, clear stored data when the browser closes or use private browsing. Browser help pages explain the controls available for a particular browser and device.
Deleting cookies may also delete a saved consent preference, so the website may ask for a new choice on a later visit. Blocking every cookie can affect security checks, form functions, embedded videos or other requested website features.
Browser controls do not always stop server-side records or data already received by a third-party provider. For those matters, use the provider's privacy controls or contact us.
8. Third-Party Providers
Optional technologies may involve providers such as Google or Meta. These providers may process device, browser, interaction, approximate location or account information under their own policies. If a visitor is signed in to a third-party account, that provider may associate an interaction with the account according to its settings.
Kingbot does not control the independent cookie duration, account matching or privacy practices of third-party services. We review the services we intentionally deploy and should update this Policy when a material provider or purpose changes.
9. Cookies and Personal Information
Some cookie information can be personal information, particularly when it is linked to an IP address, device identifier, inquiry, advertising identifier or third-party account. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal bases, sharing, international transfers, retention and rights that may apply to personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may classify certain advertising or analytics disclosures as "sharing," targeted advertising or a similar regulated activity. Where such a law applies, visitors may use the cookie preference control or contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when website functions, providers, cookies, consent requirements or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes may also be shown through the cookie preference tool where appropriate.
