OEM & ODM Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaners

Your brand, our lines. Pick one of three proven wet-dry platforms, put your colors and packaging on it, and ship a product no competitor can twin-list — with 500-unit MOQs and working samples in 15–20 days.

3 proven base platforms 500-unit OEM MOQ CE · RoHS · FCC · MSDS standard

Why Brands Choose OEM Over Off-the-Shelf

An off-the-shelf wet dry vacuum cleaner puts your logo on someone else's product — same housing, same specs, same reviews as three competitors. An OEM wet dry vacuum cleaner program gives you a product only you sell.

Here is what changes when the factory builds to your brief instead of a catalog.

A Product Only You Sell

Custom housing colors, exclusive configurations and your packaging — no twin listings undercutting you on the same marketplace.

Specs Tuned to Your Market

Battery runtime, suction recovery, drying system — configured for the floors and expectations your customers actually have — including water-tank capacity and runtime bands matched to average home sizes in your region.

Margin You Control

Factory-direct OEM pricing with no middleman markup — and differentiation that protects your retail price from race-to-the-bottom twins.

Quality You Can Audit

Your spec, locked before tooling — then built under four-gate QC with 100% final inspection. Vet the factory on our manufacturer page.

OEM vs ODM: Which One Do You Need?

In an OEM wet dry vacuum cleaner program, you define the product — we engineer and build it to your specification on our platforms and lines. In an ODM wet dry vacuum program, you select from our existing designs and we adapt branding, packaging and minor configurations. Most of our partners run OEM: they want a differentiated product, and the 500-unit MOQ makes it accessible without container-scale commitment.

Not sure which fits? Send your target retail price and positioning — we will recommend the program structure in the feasibility reply. Our broader OEM/ODM services page covers how we work across all product categories.

Three Platforms, Three Ways to Win Your Shelf

Every ODM wet dry vacuum program starts from a proven platform — the engineering is done, the failure modes are known, the line is already running. Your decision is which tier matches your channel and margin target; ours is putting your brand on it.

M1.0 entry-level wet dry vacuum cleaner

TIER 1 · ENTRY

M1.0 — The Margin Opener

The fastest route to a floor-care SKU under your own brand. M1.0 keeps the cost structure lean — ambient-air drying on a proven dual-tank washing system — so your landed cost leaves real room for retail margin at value price points. Most brands use it as the opening SKU: prove the channel first, then climb the tiers with the same factory relationship.

Built for: e-commerce sellers and value retail launching their first private-label floor washer.

OEM levers at this tier

  • Housing colorway and logo placement — your shelf identity from day one
  • Retail packaging with your brand system, barcodes and manuals
  • Tank and runtime tuning matched to average home sizes in your market
M2.0 mid-range wet dry vacuum cleaner with hot-air drying

TIER 2 · MID-RANGE

M2.0 — The Review Winner

Mid-range shelves are decided by drying performance — it is what shows up in the reviews. M2.0 adds hot-air roller drying and edge-to-edge cleaning to the proven washing system, giving your listing the two features shoppers actually filter for. The step up in shelf positioning comfortably covers the step up in cost.

Built for: retail chains and brand owners competing in the mid-range, where review scores move volume.

OEM levers at this tier

  • Drying configuration and edge-cleaning setup for your positioning
  • Full CMF program — exclusive colorways competitors cannot twin-list
  • Accessory kitting: roller sets, filters and solution bundled to your SKU plan
M3.0 flagship wet dry vacuum cleaner

TIER 3 · FLAGSHIP

M3.0 — The Halo SKU

For brands that lead with their flagship. M3.0 carries the full feature set — smart dirt detection, extended runtime, the complete washing station — and the most headroom for differentiation: exclusive colorways and feature combinations nobody else sells. It is the SKU that makes the rest of your lineup look considered.

Built for: established brands and premium private labels that compete on differentiation, not price.

OEM levers at this tier

  • Exclusive feature combinations documented in your OEM agreement
  • Full CMF range with Pantone-matched sign-off samples
  • Voice, display and app localization for your market

Which Platform Fits Your Brief?

CHOOSE M1.0 IF…

  • You want the shortest path from brief to shelf

CHOOSE M2.0 IF…

  • You sell through retail where shelf presence decides
  • You need exclusive colors to escape twin listings

CHOOSE M3.0 IF…

  • Your brand leads with a flagship, not a price
  • Differentiation — not cost — protects your margin
  • You want feature combinations documented as yours alone

Still weighing it up? Send your target retail price and channel — we will recommend the tier in the feasibility reply.

Five Dimensions of Customization

A private label floor washer program touches five dimensions. Every one below is tooled, tested and documented in-house — a dimension is only offered if it has passed the same aging and leakage protocols as the base platform.

Performance Tuning

Suction recovery curves, clean-water dispensing rates, roller speed and drying system — calibrated to your market's floor mix and noise expectations, then locked into the spec.

M1 wet dry vacuum cleaner in three OEM colorways: deep cobalt blue, piano black and pearl white

Color & Finish (CMF)

Housing colorways, matte/gloss finishes and logo placement — tooled from our own molds, so a color change never means re-qualifying the structure. Pantone-matched samples ship with your first prototype batch for sign-off.

Language & Interface

Voice prompts, display UI and app interfaces in your market's languages — plus localized plug, voltage and labeling for the destination region. Manuals are written for real users, not translated word-for-word from engineering specs.

Packaging & Branding

Retail cartons with your brand system, multilingual manuals, shelf-ready labeling — drop-tested before the first bulk shipment leaves Shenzhen. Barcodes, warning labels and retailer-specific ticketing are applied on the packing line.

Accessories & Kits

Roller sets, filters, cleaning solution and charging docks bundled to your SKU strategy — configured per tier, kitted on the packing line. Spare-parts programs for distributors are structured alongside the main SKU.

The Numbers Your QA Team Will Ask For

Private label only works when quality is boring — predictable, documented, repeatable. Here is the setup behind every OEM lot we ship.

25

QC inspectors on the floor-care lines

100%

Final inspection — every unit, every lot

9

QC steps, from incoming material to pre-shipment

60K

Units of monthly production capacity

Inspectors report to the quality manager, not production — the structural detail that makes “100% inspection” credible. See the factory walkthrough.

From Brief to Shipment: The OEM Process

Five stages, with a locked specification before tooling money moves — so neither side pays for misunderstandings. Timelines below are typical for a custom floor cleaner program built on an existing platform.

01

Brief & Feasibility

Target market, channel, customization brief. We confirm feasibility, MOQ and lead time — and say plainly if a requirement doesn't fit the platform.

02

Platform Match & Quote

Base tier plus your customization dimensions; formal quotation (PI) with the exact configuration attached.

03

Sample Build

Working samples in 15–20 days with your colors, logo and packaging artwork running in parallel.

04

Locked Spec

Written sign-off on the pre-production sample freezes the spec — about 50 days including adjustments and re-testing.

05

Bulk & Shipment

About 45 days of production under four-gate QC, 100% final inspection, then shipment with full documentation.

OEM MOQ starts at 500 units per configuration — enough to validate your SKU in market. Request an OEM quotation →

Certifications, Handled for Your Market

Your brand on the box means your market’s paperwork. We hold the baseline certifications on every platform and manage the rest inside your OEM program — certificate copies for your compliance file, market-specific testing quoted before you commit, and no “standard vs. export version” split.

CE

Unlocks: retail shelves and marketplaces across the EU and UK.

How we handle it: held on all three platforms; copies issued for your technical file during evaluation.

RoHS

Unlocks: EU market access — non-negotiable for anything with a PCB and a battery.

How we handle it: material-level compliance, documented per production batch.

FCC

Unlocks: the US market, including e-commerce channels that check before listing.

How we handle it: standard on every tier — nothing to add, nothing to wait for.

MSDS

Unlocks: battery products actually getting on a plane or a ship.

How we handle it: battery transport documentation issued per shipment, matched to your forwarder’s requirements.

ETL / UL — for North American retail programs

Unlocks: big-box and major retail chains in the US and Canada, where buyers ask for the mark by name.

How we handle it: arranged on request and tested against your exact configuration — not a generic file borrowed from another SKU. Tell us the retailer and we will scope it at the feasibility stage.

Selling somewhere with extra requirements? Tell us the market — we will map the certification path before you commit.

Is an OEM Program Right for You?

OEM pays off when your volume and positioning justify the setup. Four profiles fit best — and if yours doesn't, we'll tell you straight and point you at wholesale wet dry vacuum cleaners instead.

Brand Owners

You need a differentiated SKU — exclusive colors, tuned specs, your packaging — that no competitor can twin-list.

Retail & Chain Buyers

Private-label programs with compliance documentation, ETL/UL on request and shelf-ready packaging.

Distributors

Regional exclusivity discussions, volume pricing tiers and spare-parts programs for your territory.

E-commerce Sellers

500-unit trial OEM runs to validate a differentiated listing before committing to volume.

OEM Questions, Answered

The questions every brand asks before signing an OEM program.

What is the minimum order quantity for an OEM program?
500 units per configuration. That covers a custom colorway, logo placement and retail packaging on any of the three base platforms. Reorders can mix tiers in one container.
How long does an OEM project take from brief to shipment?
Roughly 110 days on a proven platform: 15–20 days for working samples, about 50 days to locked spec including adjustments, then about 45 days of bulk production. Structural changes or new tooling add time — we confirm the timeline at the feasibility stage.
What can be customized — and what can't?
Five dimensions: performance tuning, color and finish, language and interface, packaging and branding, accessories and kits. Structural redesigns are possible but move the program into ODM territory with new tooling and longer timelines.
Do I own the tooling and molds for my custom parts?
Housing molds for the base platforms are ours. Tooling created specifically for your program — custom components, unique housings — is documented in the OEM agreement so ownership is clear before money moves.
Which certifications come standard on OEM units?
CE, RoHS, FCC and MSDS ship standard on every tier. ETL/UL for North American retail is arranged on request. Market-specific testing beyond the baseline is quoted per program.
Can I protect my configuration from being sold to competitors?
Exclusive configurations — your colorway, your spec combination — are documented in the OEM agreement. We don't twin-list a client's exclusive SKU.
How does QC work on a private-label order?
The same four-gate system as our standard production: incoming material checks, in-line water-system testing, aging validation and 100% final inspection. Pre-shipment inspection reports ship with the goods; third-party inspection is welcome.
What do you need from me to start?
The eight items in the OEM brief checklist above — base platform preference, customization scope, target market, brand assets, quantities, certifications, timeline and reference products. Send what you have; we work through the rest together.
