1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing or using king-bots.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

In these Terms, "Kingbot" refers to the Kingbot website, trade name and the persons authorized to operate it. Use of the Kingbot name does not mean that the same legal entity is the seller in every transaction. The legal seller is the company expressly named in the accepted transaction documents for the relevant order.

If you use the website for a company, brand, retailer, distributor or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization and that both you and the organization will comply with these Terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. This website is intended primarily for business buyers and sourcing professionals, not children.

3. Website Content and Inquiries Are Not a Sales Contract

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a catalog, discussing a model or receiving general website information does not create a sales contract, agency relationship, exclusivity arrangement, distribution right or obligation to supply products.

A commercial transaction is formed only when the buyer and the legal seller agree to binding written transaction documents. Depending on the project, the seller may be a Hong Kong company or a Shenzhen, China company. Its full registered name, payment details and role will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales agreement or commercial invoice.

Only the company identified as seller in the accepted transaction documents is the contracting seller for that order. Another company, factory, website contact or service provider does not become a party to that transaction merely because it assists with communication, manufacturing, inspection, logistics or payment coordination.

Buyers must check that the beneficiary name and bank account match the current written payment instructions issued for the order. Any requested change of beneficiary or bank account should be independently confirmed through a previously verified contact channel before payment.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed sales agreement or another accepted transaction document, the transaction document controls for that order.

4. Product Information, Images and Specifications

• Images and videos are for identification and general demonstration and may show optional accessories, sample packaging or pre-production units.
• Suction figures, battery runtime, coverage, noise, navigation, cleaning performance and similar data depend on test conditions and actual use.
• MOQ, pricing, sample cost, tooling, packaging cost, lead time and payment terms are confirmed in a current written quotation.
• Certificates, test reports and compliance files are model-specific and market-specific. Their availability must be confirmed before order placement.
• Compatibility with apps, voice platforms, plugs, voltage, networks or third-party systems must be confirmed for the selected version.

No waiver

Assignment
